South African Police Clearance Certificates

What is a police clearance certificate

A police clearance certificate is a certificate stating whether any criminal offenses are recorded against the applicant in South Africa. It is most often required for people who need confirmation of their criminal status for emigration purposes, working abroad and other legal procedures. We provide South African police clearance certificate assistance service for both standard and urgent cases. Even we also have service for cases who need extremely urgent.

What documents do I need

All we require from you is a copy of your Identity book or passport and a set of ink fingerprints, which can be taken at the police station for only R180.

If you are abroad you can do it at the local Police station, however if they do not offer ink prints but only electronic prints you will need to get your fingerprints taken at the South African Embassy.

If you require your police clearance certificate for international use, an apostille may also be necessary.
